At FurFreshly, we’re committed to getting your pet essentials delivered safely and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how your order ships.
Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During high-volume periods (holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Because we work with trusted suppliers and fulfilment partners, delivery times may vary. We are constantly working to improve our processes and reduce shipping times wherever possible.
Typical delivery times:

Australia: 7–16 business days

New Zealand: 8–18 business days

US / Canada: 7–14 business days

UK / Europe: 8–20 business days

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out on our website and social pages!
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.
If tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, it is typically due to courier processing — this is normal during international shipping.
Wrong Address & Returned Packages
Please double-check your address before ordering.
If the order is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect details entered by the customer, FurFreshly is not responsible for replacement or refund.
If the package is returned to us, we can reship it — but additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your package has not arrived within the delivery window:

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace the item or provide a suitable solution.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in FurFreshly’s prices.
